Extended Opening Hours

Following the Department of Health initiative to extend the opneing hours of General Practice , we have conducted our own practice survey to enable us to make an infomred decision for our patients.

The results of the survey indicated that  those patients who had difficulty attending during our normal core hours of 8.00-6.30pm, the preference would be to see a usual Doctor of this practice on a week night.

From 7th April we now open on Monday evening until 9pm, for pre-booked appointments only to enable working patients, patients who need carers to bring them, where there carer may be working etc. We do not provide an emergency clinic during this time.

Please note for Security , on a Monday evening we have a 'closed door' policy, and will only admit patinets who have a agreed pre-booked appointment time.   If you have no appointment then you will not be able to access the practice.   If you need to see a Doctor before we re-open at 8am the next monring , then you can ring the practice number and you will be diverted to the Out of Hours provider as previously.

Telephone Appointments

We offer telephone appointments, these can be booked with a Doctor or Nurse. These appointment are suitable when you wish to consult with the clinicain without the need of an examination.
