As part of a government-led initiative to encourage better dialogue between GP practices and patients, Boundary House Medical Centre formed a Patient Participation Group (PPG) which met for the first time on the 23rd Jan 2012.
In order to get a balanced view of patient opinions and suggestions, it is important to make sure any PPG is representaive of the whole practice population, eg age, sex, ethnicity etc. We welcome any patient to be involved in our PPG, this may take the form of virtual surveys via email, or attend meetings at the practice at suitable times, we are also looking for this group to act as the pratice reference group, to enable us to improve our services now but also for the future. We would welcome your participation, if you would like to be part of the PPG, then please complete the online form in section 1. Sign up for our Patient Group. or click on this link , and complete the form and send it into the pratice. PPG information and sign up form
