Travel health information

Please note we only offer travel vaccines that are available on the NHS, for non-NHS vaccines you will be advised to attend a ‘travel clinic’ to obtain private vaccines for which there will be a cost to you.

Travel Clinic Information July 2019

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need compete a travel risk assessment form to enable our nurses to review your travel arrangements and advise you on what vaccinations we can offer here free of charge on the NHS. (Hep A , Typhoid & Tetanus/Diphteheria/Polio (combined))

Once the form have been reviewed you will be contacted to attend for an appointment to administer the vaccines and given advice on attending a travel clinic for the possibility of requiring additional private vaccines before travel.
